[attr="class","LD1textarea"] Personality: Tod is a sweet and kind young man and despite his troubles in life, he keeps to his ways. To those he becomes close to, he treats them as if they were blood and will stand by them through thick and thin. However he is often bored and this brings out his more mischievous side. Course he does enjoy annoying a certain guard whom has seniority over him which results in much trouble but it seems worth it to the young man. Even with his mischievous side he is extremely loyal though if things go down a certain way toward the bad end, he will intervene and try to stop what is going on. So to say there will be a time when he disobeys orders, that would be a yes.[break][break]HIstory: Before the curse Tod was just a fox kit whose mother was being hunted. She tried her best to save him, running all the way to a fence post, hiding the youngster in the grass and took off. Only for the hunter to get his prize in the form of her. However he was soon found by a Owl named Big Mama whom with the help of two other birds, Dinky and Boomer got the widow Tweed to find him. Upon seeing him she named him Tod due to him being nothing more than a toddler and took him in, raising him in her home. He often caused trouble without meaning to due to the animals fearing a fox when he didn't understand better. Despite it Tweed could never stay mad at him long. One day their neighbor Amos Slade brought something home with em, a hound pup named Cooper. Not knowing that they were meant to be enemies, Tod went over and greeted em immediately the two began to play. The two were a unlikely friendship and Big Mama even warn him of their differences though the young fox disagreed with it. When Tod met Chief, who was asleep at the time, he was amused by the dream they were having but it soon went wrong. Chief woke up and proceded to chase the fox around Amos's property and even into Tweed's, causing all sorts of problems. When it was over, Amos was furious and argued with Tweed and soon after, Cooper disappeared with Chief and Amos for a long hunting trip.[break][break] THe season passed and both friends grew up and Cooper returned a full fledged hunting dog. That night Tod went to see Cooper who told him their days of friends were over since he was a hunting dog now. Tod was about to inject when Chief noticed he was here and started barking. This caused Tod to run off and Amos to send the hounds after him. While he managed to dodge Chief, Copper found him and in honor of their friendship, he decided to let Tod go just this once. Trying to escape, Tod took to the train tracks high up though Chief appeared and chased him, a train soon appeared which caused Tod to freeze for a moment but quickly he ducked between the boards. Where Chief was forced to jump though he ended up breaking his leg on the way down. Cooper who was angered by this swore that Tod would pay, sadden he returned to Widow Tweed.[break][break]Sadly he would find little comfort in her for she would put take him for a ride and placed him in forest preserve. Shocked by this he stayed put due to being told to. Once she was gone, he went to find shelter but a storm soon started. He met some of the locals but got on the bad side for most. He got aid by a porcupine though once day came, he was accidentally poked by their quills and fell from the tree, which caused the other animal he met to be angered since he fell on their home. He quickly left the scene and was in a happy mood due to what happened currently, however Big Mama appeared and pointed out a lady fox named Vixey. Taken in by her beauty and the only other fox he'd seen, he tried to impress her by not being himself which ended up with him being soaked and getting laughed at. He took it the wrong way and insulted her, Big Mama talked to him telling him that it was no way to talk to Vixey. On the verge of giving up, he was convinced to try again and offered her a flower, which managed to smooth things over. He left with Vixey and things looked up though Amos and Cooper soon appeared. Telling Vixey to run for the burrow, he waited and got in Cooper's way willing to fight his once best friend to defend Vixey. Due to being faster, he was able to move out of the way and deal a blow to distract Cooper and quickly retreated. Cooper lead Amos to the burrow and smoked the foxes out, but not capture. Ad they were pursued, Amos got caught by his own trap and a bear appeared. Cooper fought the bear but was clearly struggling, Tod came to his aid and he even managed to beat the bear. Though he was injuried and while laying on the bank he saw Cooper come to him and accepted the fact that he was unable to fun, thus allowing Cooper to do as he wished. HOwever he did nothing but defend Tod from Amos thus he was let go to live with Vixey.[break][break]When the curse was cast and he was turned human, it went like it did for everyone else. No memory of his childhood however he has found himself as a member of guard still keeping his personality of old.
