a falling star fell from your heart. It was early evening as Dash arrived in front of the large orphanage, with a small patch of flowers, and what they do call them? Butterflies? Yeah, butterflies in his stomach. No, he wasn't nervous. Dashiell Parr does not get nervous. He was just...worried? He didn't want to screw up again. Caddie seemed cool, Dash liked cool people. They were friends, that's all. Rubbing his hands on his jeans, Dash walked to the door and knocked twice before he could think about it. There was a small window next to the door, and Dash took the moment to evaluate his choice of clothes. Old jeans, dark washed denim jacket, with a black t-shirt under. Nothing too casual or too professional-wait, Dash doesn't even own anything professional. So forget that last part. Dash looked away from the mirror, hoping his messy hair wasn't too messy. Now all he could do was wait. 171 WORDS FOR @cadpig ― notes go in here.

the weakest but the brightest. Evening was fast approaching and Caddie was fluttering around her room. What should she wear? But she froze mid-step, what should she care what she wore? It wasn’t like this was a date or anything along those lines. They were just friends, or were at least on the way to being friends. She had talked to Pepper earlier in the day and yet Caddie still wasn’t sure about this Dash character. But she was willing to give him a shot. That was the least she could do for being so rude to him earlier. She sighed, quickly throwing on her best jeans, her sneakers and a red blouse. She pulled her hair back into a messy bun, brushed her teeth quickly and by the time she was done there was the sound of knocking. It was low, but she knew it was coming from the front door. She smiled at her reflection for a second before quickly taking off. By the time she got to the top of the steps she heard the sound of the door opening. ‘Who are you?’The sound of a boy voice from one of the orphans hit her ears and she quickly slide down the steps, the railing being the best way to do that, she jumped off at the bottom and quickly grasped the little kids shoulder. “Why don’t you go play?” she questioned before quickly pushing him the direction away from the door, once he was gone she turned to Dash. She smiled rather embarrassed “Sorry about that…”TEMPLATE BY MINNIE OF GANGNAM STYLE

a falling star fell from your heart. The first Dash saw was a messy tuff of brown hair and a scowl too big for such a little kid. Yeah, that scowl was definitely too big for the kid. But before Dash could even respond, Caddie was pushing the kid elsewhere and standing in the doorway. Dash cleared his throat before holding out his batch of flowers with a small grin. "For you, of course. And you look great." He said with a sheepish grin, hoping something had flew on his cheek or something like that because there was no way that Dashiell Parr was blushing. Handing over the flowers, Dash wiped his hands on his sweater before stepping to the side so she could step out of the doorway. "I have the reservations like we talked about and stuff. Turns out the owner is super young, we should meet her some time. She could be our age by the looks." The young boy rambled with a shrug, as he looked at the large plush green yard in front of him. 000 WORDS FOR @cadpig ― notes go in here.

the weakest but the brightest. Caddie was rather embarrassed by the rudeness of the little boy, one of her siblings in the orphanage. Sure none of them were related by blood, she still saw everyone in this place as her family, as her siblings. And they seemed to treat each other as such seeing as they all had been raised by the same woman and together. She tucked her wavy hair behind her ear as she watched Dash for a moment, waiting for his reaction to her apology, but he didn’t say anything except for clear his throat. She frowned lightly before noticing the fresh flowers that he held in his hand. Out towards her. His face held a grin as he told her that they were for her and that she looked great. His blushing a moment later, something she was rather surprised about, had herself blushing. She smiled rather small before taking the flowers gently “Thank you. And you don’t look so bad yourself.” she said the last words rather quickly before clearing her throat. ‘I have the reservations like we talked about and stuff. Turns out the owner is super young, we should meet her sometime. She could be our age by the looks.’She smiled at his rambling, it was rather cute “Sounds like fun.” she said as she stepped outside into the fresh air. TEMPLATE BY MINNIE OF GANGNAM STYLE
