Slave in the magic mirror, come forth (Malia)

It as dreary looking outside. The sky was dark as thunder clouds rolled in, the grumble of thunder could be heard. The anticipation of rain was high and no doubt the people outside were trying to go about their business quickly. Magus's quarters were simple an small, nothing impressive and just the basic needs. A bed, a dresser of clothes, a bathroom and the needed stuff there, and one mirror. The item was rarely glanced at and today was no exception. One glance an that was it, he was gone and made his way into the better known halls.

The palace was a familiar place to him, he felt most comfortable and yet....something pulled at his mind. He rarely looked at his reflection in the mirror. Sometimes he felt like if he stared long enough at a mirror and his reflection, he would get pulled in. Thus he spent very little time looking at his reflection, only long enough to make sure he was presentable. As he walked down the halls, he left the guards and servants be. Sure he was a servant in a sense, he served the Queen. Was that wrong? No not at all. It was the only way things could be for him. His past was nothing but a blank, he knew nothing of who he was like so many and yet he accepted it. He accepted his position and what was asked of him.
