"BASIL!!!" the voice of his aunt shouted.
This caused the thirty year old to put what he was doing down and quickly leave his bedroom. Going down to the basement, he was soon met with what had his aunt so upset. It was like a small pond forming due to the plumbing or something having a hole in it to where this water was getting out. His Aunt stood there in the water, trying to find the source of the leak but only succeding in making herself more upset as well as drenching her clothes.
"It's alright Aunt, I'll take a look at it." Basil said as he descended the stairs and his feet made a slight splash as they entered the water.
"We just had the plumbing fixed by someone, what the devil is wrong with it now?!" his Aunt replied as she looked at the mess.
"DOn't worry, I'll take care of it this time. Why don't you go on out and have a relaxing time?" Basil had walked over to her and put gently grabbed hold of her arms, starting to bring her toward the stairs.
"I can't go out now Basil!! Not with this mess!!"
"I'll handle it, you need to go and do something that doesn't have you in here. Go enjoy the sun or...something."
With that he got her to the top of the stairs and to her room, closing the door so she would change her clothes and go on her way. Once she was gone and out of the house he sighed and headed downstairs after turning the water off. He set to work in cleaning up the water before he could even hope to find the source of the leak. However the doorbell soon rang an thus he had to abandoned his efforts to dry out the basement and went back upstairs to the door as he dried his hands off an thus opened the door.
"Yes? Can I help you?" Basil asked them.
