(Tag to @pongo PERRY DEE CONNORS @cadpig @penny @jewel PATRICIA ELYSE PETERSON ) There were few true joys in Patch's life. One was his huge family. Another was finding stuff to chew on. Another was tasty bacon-like treats. And finally, another was the park. The large and glorious and beautiful and amazing park. It was the most magical place on Earth for him. There, anything could happen, like the time the nice man with rolling thing of hotdogs fed him one or when he chased a cat up a tree. Memories to last a life time. Who knew what great adventures he would have this time. Once they were in an are of the park where the puppies could play freely, Patch bolted, running around and barking happily. Well... that's what the human-type folks heard from him. To the other puppies, he was saying the following: "You guys! We're here! We're finally here... again! We're finally in the greatest place ever!" he said. "I want to run and roll around and chase harmless bugs but not actually catch them! I want to do everything! Who's with m... wait a minute." He then stepped over behind a bush. After a moment, he walked out grinning. "Hehe, someone's gonna step in that."

Penny loved the park, so many people and puppies to play with, and the thought of running around was pretty great. She even brought her favorite squeaky toy to play with. When they finally got to the park she watched the others run around and she found a nice patch in the grass and put her chew toy on the ground. Looking around to make sure no one would take it she dashed after the others and found a nice pile of mud and started digging.
"I found the best dirt whole guys! its filled with mushy mud! oooo look a Ball!" she said as she dug it out. The girl loved finding things and sharing them. the white puppy was now a muddy mess. looking up to see Patches she bolted at him. she then tried to tackle him and get him muddy as well. After all, being muddy meant baths, and baths were something Penny really liked. "Patches!" she giggled as she smiled at the male puppy.

(Posting here, but others can still join in.)
Patch had just left the bush and was turning to the hotdog cart nearby when his sister announced she had found mud. Patch loved mud. It was even worth the horrid bath he'd have to take later on. Patch looked back and forth. Hotdogs... mud... hotdogs... mud... hotdogs... mud...
A few moments later, Patch stepped over to the mud with a hotdog in his mouth. Fortunately it had fell on the ground and the man at the cart let him have it. Patch looked at Penny.
"I ga a ha-da, Pe-ey. Ew wan ha?" he said. Translated, that meant he was offering to share half his hotdog with his sister. He then moved closer so that Penny could bite off the second half of it. He then gobbled his part down and began rolling in the mud. "Good job finding this, Penny! I want to roll around here all day!" Patch then looked over and saw a short female human running his and Penny's way. Oh no... it was the one from last time... the one who pulled his ears! He quickly ran behind Penny. "Hide me!!" But it was too late. The girl was right at the mud puddle.

Pongo walked alongside Perdita, Roger and Anita. A day in the park used to be quite different. A quiet stroll through the park, leashes attached to collars and a leisurely pace. Those days were beautiful and treasured memories. But Pongo would never go back to them. Now, the instant they entered the park puppies shot in every direction, rolling and jumping as far as the eye could see. Roger and Anita sat on a bench to talk. Pongo and Perdita were leashless, as well as the puppies. Patch and Penny shot off in one direction, several puppies in another and a few stayed close to he and Perdita. Once he may have been content to sit and watch, but not anymore. He had puppies to think about. He walked toward where Penny and Patch had discovered a mud puddle. Already covered in mud, they looked more like chocolate labs than dalmatians "Hey you two, what's this you've found?" He asked them, sitting down next to the puddle, feigning indifference to the tempting mud puddle.
