[break] Penny always wanted a puppy, someone she could hug and love. That day she went to the adoption center that day she gained way more then a pet she gained a best friend. The two also became stars of the TV show Bolt! Penny was in danger and was kidnapped by the evil green eyed man. When in truth she was not and the whole ordeal was just real to bolt, when he ran away penny was really sad. She staid in his trailer and hugged the little carrot plushie. Every time she tried doing anything her manager would try to keep her busy with things she didn't want to do. Penny was going to place up lost posters of the dog, but as she was about to do that her manager told her he found bolt. [break]
[break]Penny was so happy, but what happen next made her sad. The dog was not bolt for it was a look like. Penny wanted to stop the show, to look for bolt and not anything more. Yet when Mindy from the network explained to her that a lot of good people would lose their jobs she started production with the new bolt. Yet she never gave up on finding her best friend. During the production of the episode where "Bolt" finds penny The girl didn't realize that her good boy Bolt was watching, and all of the things that Mittens put in bolts head made him believe she didn't love him. So when the ep was being recorded the studio was set a blaze when the fake bolt freaked out. Penny was unable to escape from the fire and she thought she was going to die. but when she saw Bolt she was so happy, she held him for what seemed like only seconds before the building started to falling on them. She asked bolt to Zoom Zoom and the two were off but Penny was just to tired, smoke filled her lungs and bolt was not going to leave her side, she held on to him until she passed out. When she woke up she was being rushed down the way and she looked to see bolt was passed out as well. but the dog was all she wanted. They then quit the show, once everything was okay, Penny and her mother adopted Mittens and Rhino. The whole family was happy. [break]
[break]When the curse hit the whole family was changed, Penny became Penelope Forrester. She is a photographer with an older brother. The two are quite happy together and Penelope does not like to see him sad. She is very protective of her older brother and enjoys hanging out with him for as long as she can. [break]

[break]Penny is one of the sweetest teenagers you will ever meet. She is very Kind to everyone, even if they do not deserve it. She is a very gentle girl who is always careful. The girl is also very caring to those she loves and she treats them with respect. Penny is shown to be very talented, when it comes to acting or taking photos or being in school. She is also very smart and determined. Yet always hopeful and filled with belief in other. Penny was also put in a deep depression when she was split from her life long friend Bolt. In this time she had to learn to make grown up choices. [break]
[break]As Penelope, we see many of the same quality that Penny had but we also see some new quality bloom. Penelope is protective over her brother and would do anything to protect him. She is very bubbly and giggly and is always looking to make friends.[break]
