Rehema could tell when he was being watched. His perception was heightened beyond what he had ever seen in another person. He could feel the eyes on him even as he trained Kovu in the clearing in front of his cave. He had sent the boy off earlier than usual. He wondered if the eyes were on Kovu or on himself and he had to find out which. He stood there in front of the cave, wiping off his sweat with the towel that he had hanging nearby. The work out and training kept him in shape even as he planned to sit prettily in the back while his men did the work. They were growing stronger in strength and in number. It wouldn’t be long until they would become rather influential in Wonderland. That place of power would be his. He dreamed even further to think of being in a position that counted along the royalty ruling over the land. Kovu had long gone but he could still feel someone in the woods. Hmmm, it was him they wanted was it? Rehema tossed the towel to the side before moving to put on his previously discarded shirt. He took a step forward and called out, “Whoever you are, come on out and show yourself. I’m a very busy person and I don’t have all day to wait for you to gather yourself.” He crossed his arms and kept his eyes forward, looking for any sign of movement. He had figured that if they wanted to talk to him, why didn’t they approach him when he was with Kovu earlier? They had to want to see him alone, for whatever reason. After a few moments of seeing nothing, he figured that maybe he had been oversensitive and that there was nothing really there. He turned around and went to go into the cave. VIOLET ISOBEL PARR

It had only been a couple of days since Violet had met Mason, the boy in the woods that had caught her attention. The boy was the one that really got her to think, and realize that she wanted to be so much stronger than she was. She had thought about it before, but it hit her the worst when she was around him. She wasn't sure why. Maybe it was because she felt cautious around him, making her realize she wouldn't have been able to defend herself had he been dangerous. Maybe she was just tired of feeling like a burden, and it all spilled out at that moment. She wasn't sure, but what she was sure of was that she needed to change and be more confident in herself.
So, there she was. Violet had returned to the woods to try to fight her fears. How she was going to do that, again, she was unsure. Perhaps she was looking for Mason again. Deep down, she hoped he would pop up and join her for a walk. Or it could be that she was looking for something more. Either way, she was once again walking through the one place that terrified her, because it was so easy for people to be lurking in the trees or behind bushes. Anything, or anyone, could attack at any moment.
It was a bit later that she had heard what sounded like people talking and, fighting? Slowly, she made her way up to a tree and peered into the clearing to see what it was. A rush of disappointment washed over her when she saw it was not Mason. But at the same time, something excited her when she saw two men, one older than the other, sparring; training. Maybe they were her key; maybe the older man was her key to getting strong. Violet watched cautiously as the older man sent the other one away, and waited, until he called out. How did he know she was there? She scrambled a bit, hoping to be able to run away as soon as the fear hit her, but the leaves were slippery and caused her to slide down the small hill she was perched on, and into view. Instead of saying anything, Violet just sat there and stared at the back of the man, terrified.

The sound of a body sliding against the ground made Rehema turn and run at once towards the sound of the noise. He stopped upon seeing it was a tiny black haired girl and not anything of true trouble. He let out an amused hum out of his lips before he went to take a step back. “Hello there, little girl. Seems that you have taken a wrong turn in the woods, yes…” He mused before he went offer his hand to her. “Though I would suggest you run along now. This is my territory and I don’t take too kindly to trespassers…”
It seemed like with all the infinite amount of room in the woods, wayward girls seemed to be drawn towards him and his space. First it was Kiara and now it was this thing. Hopefully it wasn’t another girl of Kovu’s. That’s the exact opposite of what he needed. It would be another distraction. And he couldn’t afford to have that in his fledgling group. “Shoo along now.” He told her as he finally bent down to take her hand and force her to her feet. After he made sure that she was standing, he turned around and went to walk back to his cave so he could get some peace and quiet.
The sky was becoming dark as nightfall would rest upon Wonderland. People should be getting back into their respective homes. Wonderland was starting to become a safer place as everyone began to get used to the odd surroundings. Which was not good. Fear was good for business. Rehema could use fear to pit people against each other so he could sneak in the back and come out on top. But life would be less fruitful and interesting if there weren’t any sort of challenge to it. Rehema took this in stride and the least he could do was stir up trouble in response. Politics were dreadfully wonderful things. If he had a base of operations he could depend on, he could spend his time with the upper crust that was the royalty governing the land.
