The morning showed signs of another warm day in Wonderland as Lilo started her morning later than normal. The sun beamed into her room from the large bay window and straight onto her face. She grumbled as she opened her eyes to the cruel sunbeam and rolled herself out of bed. Two months in this Wonderland and she felt no relief from the emptiness she felt. She knew there was something missing but the only clue she had was a camera. Today she was going to the library to read up on anything there might be on cameras in hopes to one day get these pictures off. Lilo came to her feet and dressed herself for the day after brushing through her hair. Her footsteps were loud across the wooden steps as she ran through the newly built home to the front door.
Quickly she grabbed her bag from the closet and slipped on a pair of shoes before heading out the door. Lilo squinted as the daylight hit her eyes once again. She blinked a few times to adjust before making her way through the village. Although it was still early, the village seemed to be active today. Many residents were talking to one another on the streets but just like every other day, no one even noticed dear Lilo. Lilo gripped the bag in her hand as she walked past the social people and into the library. The front desk was empty and the room seemed to be empty. Lilo walked down the main aisle, sweeping the category signs on some of the shelves but to be honest, she wasn't sure what she was looking for.
"Hello?" She whispered, in hopes someone was around. "Can anyone help me?"

"Hi." Milo greeted as he poked his head out from the other side of the bookcase. Milo had been here for a good while, trying to find more about the crystal. His attempts were useless however so he decided to just about reading. He hadn't gotten very far in the book when he had heard a voice asking if anyone could help em out. So being the nearest person Milo came to the conclusion that maybe he could. Sure he didn't know what she needed but he could always try. "Whatcha need help with?" Milo asked as he came round the bookcase so she could see him fully. LILO KAIPO PELEKAI |

A voice from the opposite aisle she was looking down hit Lilo's ears and she immediately swung around to see who it was. From around the book case a slender man came out and offered to help. Lilo loosened her grip on her bag and relaxed her shoulders.
"Oh thank goodness there's someone here."
Lilo pulled up her bag's flap and reached in to grab her camera. "I woke up with this thing a couple months ago- you know, when people started showing up around here." She kept digging deeper into her bag, her fingers pushing through books, pens, spindles, and other random things she kept inside there.
"Ah, here it is!" Lilo pulled out the green and silver camera and showed it to the man. "I don't know what it's called but there are pictures inside it." She shifted her weight to her left side as she turned the camera around to show it off to him. "I just don't know how to get them out of it."

Milo stayed silent as the young lady started to dig through her bag searching for whatever it was she wanted. When she took the item out, he looked at it. He'd seen something like that before....in a book though which one. Milo pondered on it for a few moments before getting a idea. "I think that's a camera, though what kind I'm not too sure." Milo replied. "There's different kinds of ways to get the pictures out of the film however the problem lies in just what kind of camera it is. Each one has a different process. SOme develop straight after you take the picture though it takes em a few moments for the picture appears and others, you have to get specific chemicals and lighting to swish it around in." A camera? The man said he thought it was a camera and as Lilo allowed some time for it to register, her eyes lit up. "That sounds right!" She took the camera into both hands and examined it once more. Finally she had the object's name and didn't have to refer to it as that thing she woke up with one day.
The man proceeded to tell her there were different kinds of cameras and that even he wasn't sure what kind it was. Lilo let out a deep breath of frustration, "Okay so how do we figure out what kind is it?" She flipped the camera on to it's back again and paused momentarily. Lilo ran her fingers over the small lettering on the front as she tried to figure out how to properly say the word.
" 'Kodak'?" She looked back up at the stranger, "What's a Kodak? You wouldn't happen to know what that means, do you?" She lowered her shoulders in defeat and frowned.

Hm....how to figure it out. Milo though it over in silence and glanced at the bookshelves. He read something about cameras before....where was that book? He was occupied with trying to figure out where the book was so that he could help, thus her question on finding out what kind it was didn't register. His expression showed that he was thinking though when she said Kodak, he came out of his thoughts. "Kodak?" Milo repeated, running the name through his head. "It sounds familiar, hold on." Milo looked back at the bookcases and started to look around, where was it? LILO KAIPO PELEKAI |

It sounds familiar, hold on. Lilo's eyes widened happily.
It seemed to her that Milo was in a similar boat as she, though he clearly knew more. It all sounded familiar to them but it was taking some time to get things rolling. Milo began looking around at the bookshelves as if he had recently seen a book on just this subject. Lilo pulled her bottom lip in and held it down with her teeth as she too began to search the bookcase.
"Do you know what it looks like?" She asked, referring to the book he was trying to find. The least she could do was help him find it, right? All of the books on the shelves had an aray of colors.
