When the girl caught wind of a festival she was so excited. Happiness seemed to beam from the girl. Skipping along the tents she found the food table and placed a few candies she had worked for the day before. The girl then caught a game out of the corner of her eye. It was a shooting game, you would take a sling shot and try to hit the paper that was hanging nicely.
The girl walked up to the game and smiled at the man who was running the game. "Hello sir. Can I play?" The man smiled back and nodded. Teagan played the game and she played quite well. However she didn't quite get the gold and missed out on the stuffed animal prize. The girl sighed but smiled. "I'll be back to play you for the animal. It's just so cute."
Skipping away from the game she went to find something to do. She wondered if her sister was here or if she would make any new friends today. Tea then skipped passed a young girl who was working the marry go round, the young girl waived at her and Kiara, the girl waived back.
It was then that she bumped in to something or someone. "I'm so sorry"

A festival. Well, this was going to be quite an adventure. Jack knew he would love this kind of thing, but he didn't want to seem overly excited. However, one he was inside the festival it was hard to contain it. He had left his staff behind, something that felt a little strange to him but he didn't know why. He wasn't going to bring it along to the festival, however!
He explored for a while, feeling a little ADD and unsure of what to play with first. He stopped in his tracks when he saw the Ferris Wheel, it was incredibly tall! That was a feat for sure. However, while he was looking up at the ride he felt a tiny person bump into his side. He heard a cute voice say "I'm so sorry" and he turned to see who it was.
He didn't know the girl, but to be fair, Jack had only met a few people in Wonderland so far. She was small, but she didn't look weak. He smiled at her. "Hey, it's okay. Are you all right?" he asked kindly.

That morning, Trini Hopper had no idea what a festival was. She had never been to one before. She couldn't remember going to a lot of places except various parts of the woods where her and her mother's cottage was. There was also the Village too of course. Trini loved going there. She had made a lot of friends there in a short time. Trini was pretty darn good at doing that.
Of course it was quite lucky that the festival was in the village that she went to a lot. She would have a chance to see what it was all about. Her mother knew what a festival was, even though she couldn't recall going to one. However, she didn't give Trini the best idea of what it was. No bother though as Trini was about to find out. She also saw it as a chance to make more friends.
Walking in, Trini could smell all the yummy food being sold there. She also saw things like pony rides and games. This was wonderful! She ran in and nearly bumped into a girl who had already been bumped into by a boy. She managed to stop herself in time though. She was pretty sure that the girl didn't want to be bumped into twice. But... while she was near and all...
"Hi there!" she said. "My name's Trini... Trini Hopper. Nice day, huh?"

Teagan looked up at the man and smiled, he seemed really nice and she was excited to meet him. She felt a small connection with him but It was one like she felt she knew him, but couldn't quite keep her finger on it. When he asked if she was okay, Teagan nodded. "I am."
Yet she was almost bumped into by another, turning around she smiled. "It's very nice to meet you Trini, I'm Teagan and this is well, I don't know yet." Teagan looked up at the man with a smile on her face. She wondered what his name was and perhaps that would jog some type of memory for her, he was so familiar she wanted so much to know why he was familiar but it was not working.

As the girl spoke, Jack felt a burning sensation of familiarity. One he had only felt with one other person so far. "Good, good. Do I -" before he could finish his question, another young girl was greeting them as well. He smiled, but he was a little lost in thought about the first girl to really commit.
"Oh! I'm Jackson," he said, nodding at the two small girls before him. He felt... At place with them. With kids. That was new clue for sure. "Would you ladies care to join me on a ride or in a game? I just got here and I haven't tried anything yet," he asked. He wanted to stay with Teagan a bit longer for familiarities sake and he wanted Trini to stick around because of this comfort he felt with kids. At least, he assumed it was because they were kids. He hadn't felt this relaxed and happy since day one and the had met plenty of adults.

At Teagan:
Trini grinned at Teagan. She thought she had saw the girl around school, but hadn't really talked to her yet. She wondered why because Teagan seemed like a really nice. Oh well, they were friends now and that was what mattered.
"Teagan's a nice name," she said. "Trini and Teagan... that's catchy too. I've seen you around school. You must be in a different grade. Do you ever go to the woods?" Trini then stopped, realizing she was asking too much and the guy there needed to introduce himself.
At Jackson:
Trini smiled and waved at Jackson when he introduced himself.
"Hi Jackson," she said. "I'm glad you introduced yourself. My mom says it's not wise to talk to strangers." True, she still didn't know Jackson well, but she could read people pretty well and he seemed alright. Plus it was proud daylight and lots of people were around. "Um, I loves rides and games! Whatever you both want to do. Oh, can we get some corn dogs first though?"

NOTES
TEMPLATE BY HAYANA OF CAUTION 2.0 [/presto]Woke up on the right side of the bed What's up with this Prince song inside my head? This man looked like she would know him from somewhere. It was the same feeling she got from her sister perhaps they were family or something, she couldn't really put a finger on it. All she knew was that she wanted to protect him and help him with anything. Odd feeling yes but that is what she felt. When Trini asked if she had seen her around school she shook her head.
"I don't go to school. I teach myself. I want to be a guard when I grow up and the school doesn't teach you that kind of stuff. I have been to the School though perhaps that's when you have seen me." She then gasped when she asked if she went to the woods. "I have not but I would love to visit that place. I heard many good and bad things about the woods."
Turning to Jack when he asked if they wanted to hang out she nodded. "I would love that! Sissy is always telling me I need to get more friends." Rides, games, food it all sounded so great and when Trini asked if they could get some corn dogs and she nodded.
"Jack can we do that?" She smiled. she didn't know why she wanted to call him Jack it just rolled off her tongue easier.

Jack... the name sounded nice, actually, and no one had called him that here yet. He smiled down at Teagan, offering a hand to her and nodding at Trini. "Corn dogs it is, ladies," he exclaimed as the three of them skipped over to the hot dog stand.
He was happy, really, being with these two kids and having a little fun. He didn't really let himself have fun around here, but whenever he did he actually felt a lot better. Happy, actually... but that was exactly what he was trying to avoid. He was trying to avoid making the people who brought him here think he was okay with this situation. He didn't want to seem happy in the least...
Well, he was doing the right thing by having some fun today, right? He looked down at Trini as the three ordered food, "So, you've found a mother here then?" he asked her.

At Teagan:
Trini looked wide-eyed when Teagan said she had never been to school.
"Wow, you're missing out," she said. "We learned all kinds of cool things at the school. Science and music and stuff. And yeah I guess that's why I saw you." Trini shrugged, then smiled about the woods. "Oh the woods are the best. So many places to explore and stuff. You just have to watch out for Mr. Kingsley's place. He doesn't like visitors and he has a bunch of big cats, like the kind that eats people. But other than that, the woods are fun if you don't go too far off."
At Jackson:
Trini was so happy that they were going to get corndogs. She loved corndogs. Loved them! Hr mother actually knew how to make them, but her version was a little bit healthier. As they walked along, Trini gave Jackson a curious glance when he asked about her finding her mother.
"Well, I didn't find her or anything," she said. "She's always been my mom, like as far back as I can remember. I don't remember having a dad though, like at all. It's weird, but I guess if I don't remember having a dad, I can't really miss him, right?"
