Ever wanted to start your own journey in the world of Dragon Ball? Ever get the urge to try something new? Well, we've go news for you!
Rising is an AU Dragon Ball RPG, where history itself has changed. The Tuffles of Planet Plant have survived the onslaught from the Saiyans, but were forced to seek refuge from their cities as the Saiyans took over. Planet Vegeta never saw the wrath of Frieza, as 6 years of work under the Planet Trade Organization rule had put enough strain over King Vegeta and the Royal family to react violently... Frieza killed King Vegeta and most of the Royal family along with general Nappa, but instead of wiping the Saiyans out he left the naive and baby Prince Vegeta to lead them, hoping his own rule would collapse the Saiyan populace. Now, The refuge Tuffles are sought out for slave labor as the PTO pull their resources from Vegeta. This would go on for twelve years. Now Prince Vegeta is a young teen and enjoying the throne.
On Earth, Pilaf is plotting to get the dragon balls in order to become Emperor of the world. The 21st World's Martial Arts Tournament is coming up soon, and ideal times call for ideal circumstances. What is Pilaf planning to do? Will he throw some ploy? During the most hyped World's Tournament since the first? Many have trained years for this tournament, but it's all up to speculation at this point.
Who are you in this world, and what do you wish to become? Are you a good patron, thriving to help the weak and poor. Are you a greedy punk who wishes only to benefit himself? Perhaps you are ballsy enough to screw people over in the name of fun.
