RATIGAN'S PERSONALITY [break][break]
Ratigan has the personality traits that make for a great villain. He is highly intelligent and cunning. He is also charming and knows how to use that charm to manipulate others. Being wealthy, he also knows how to use his riches to his full advantage. the other side of his personality is quite frightening. He can suddenly break out into violent rages whenever he is particularly angered or annoyed. He also has other bouts of madness, and now and again, one can hear him laugh manically at something. Over all he is a heartless and vicious rodent with plots of domination that, if unstopped, he has the potential to achieve.[break][break]
RATIGAN's HISTORY[break][break]
Whiskus Raddigan was a mouse was born into a poor area of London to a rather distasteful mouse family. His father was a cheese-a-holic and his mother worked her paws raw to support the family. Neither treated Vincent well because he was quite ugly. In fact he looked more like a rat than a mouse. Vincent hated them as well, and one night led a hungry stray cat to his home and tricked his parents into walking right into its clutches.[break][break]
Now a happy orphan, Ratigan decided to rise above his family's poverty. He knew there was only one way a mouse of his current stature could accomplish that... crime. Ratigan started low, joining a mob as a c-level henchman. He learned from the best vermin in the crime business though- Al Caploecat, "Nuttyface" Neeson, and the biggest name in crime at the time, the Gopherfather. The knowledge helped him rise in the ranks until he eventually ran his own mob. Since many mistook him for a rat, he changed his name to Ratigan.[break][break]
Ratigan plotted to take over all Mousedom by kidnapping the queen of mice, feeding her to his feline accomplice, Felicia, and putting a fake on the throne in her place with Ratigan ruling through the imposter. However, he was thwarted by Basil of Baker Street, otherwise known as the Great Mouse Detective. Basil defeated Ratigan and he was taken to prison. However, he escaped and on several occasions, the two clashed, becoming arch-enemies. Their epic rivalry went on and one until... the Curse.[break][break]
VINCENT RATTSHIRE'S PERSONALITY[break][break]
Vincent's personality is a bit like his counterpart Ratigan's, but a good bit less extreme. He can be charming and social, but is also quite cold and menacing at times. Like Ratigan, he is greedy and power hungry and loves having people work under him. On rare occasions, he can show that insane to himself, though this is often behind the scenes and away from the eyes and ears of the general public. Vincent is also a bit snobbish and looks down on people not as rich as he is. But to the people he does like... or chooses to manipulate... he can come off as surprisingly charming and pleasant.[break][break]
WONDERLAND HISTORY[break][break]
After the Curse, the man known as Vincent Vermanas Rattshire found himself in a very powerful and influential position. The Queen had placed him in charge of the Wonderland Bank And Trust. This meant that he watched over much of the money in Wonderland, and could use his positions to control lives through bank charges and debts. He used his positions to bully those who lived week to week on an income, and of course also used it to stay in the good graces of those in power such as the Queen and her sister. He loved to throw lavish parties for the wealthy and had also been known to keep some rather interesting creatures as pets, among then rats, spiders, and snakes.
