After an encounter with the community leader, Kovu realised he needed to be more careful. The man was no fool. Now Kovu simply walked past the field with smiles and a confident nod to Simba. Kovu avoided the fields the best he could now and instead of taking food back home, he ate in any secret spot he could find.
Kovu walked past the fields without snatching any foods and instead made his way into the village. The smell of sweet apple pie filled his nose as he made his way into a bakery not far from the fields. The young man kept an eye on the few customers who were shopping because it seemed like the owner of the bakery was too busy with a customer.
Surely it'd be easy to slip a muffin out of here.

Elijah asked to go to the village, he was acually quite excited to go, it would be the first time he had been and he wanted to see the sites. So the man made his way to the village. Everyone he passed he gave a nod or a waive, he gave everyone some time of aknolwagement. As he came into the village he smiled, it was quite a busy place with people buzing around and doing odd things. Elijah's mind fluttered around as he thought about how Kiara told him the Village was a cool place to go and how he should visit some time.
He knew the girl was one to roam so he trusted her when she told him where he should visits. It was then a smell of an apple pie caught his attention. That smelled beautiful. The man made his way to the bakery and came across a very suspicious looking boy looking around. Elijah had heard that their was a boy in the fields who was stealing food, and he also heard that their was a boy in the woods who had caught Kiara's eye. Surly these two couldn't have been the same described boy. Each person described the same boy but with different words.
The man watched the boy from the back of the bakery, making it pretty clear he was watching him.

tag; @rajah | Ever since his bump in with the Community Leader, Kovu kept money in his bag. Okay, yea sure, it was stolen money but no one had to know. The young man had to make it look like he was buying something incase he was ever spotted trying to steal again. Yes, Kovu could just stop stealing but then he would have to pay for things and get a real job. Ugh, that was way too much.
Kovu's eyes left the owner's face, he wasn't a worry to him seeing as how he was busy. Instead he began looking over the sweet pastries on one of the tables. It was when he saw them that his stomach growled. He hadn't forgotten to eat, he just hadn't stolen any food yet. He looked over the selection with hungry eyes. How many could he get away with stealing?
He picked up a small pastry as he took another glance around the bakery. His eyes immediately stopped upon a tall man across the room. It was clear he was watching him so Kovu gave the man a light smile, a polite nod, and pretended he was still browsing the table of goods. When Kovu looked up once more to see if the man was watching he began to wonder if the man he met the other day had talked about him. Was he keeping an eye on him through this new man?
Kovu rubbed the bottom of his chin with the top of his hand as he grabbed a Raspberry Chambord from the table with his other hand. Let's find out, he thought as he began heading towards the exit.
