[attr="class","LD1textarea"]Kaa has lived a simple life as a python in the jungle, using his powers of hypnosis to capture his prey. When he makes eye contact with another being, he can hypnotize them which often leads to respect for him or fear, depending on what he tells you as he does this. He is an incredibly tricky and persuasive individual, often the 'devil on the shoulder' type for many that he meets, convincing them to do unwise or reckless things purely for the fun of it. He also manipulates others for gain, but usually that is just a nice bonus. He is incredibly seductive in his persuasive techniques, making even the craziest of ideas sound like something one would actually enjoy.

Kaa is often forgetful as well at times, getting easily carried away by things he is interested in and not paying attention to other things around him. You can rarely expect him to make a date on time for he is often drifting off somewhere, contemplating his next move. As a snake, this trait was often useful to him for it caused him to be quite aloof and dreamlike right before snatching up his prey. He prefers to work slowly, however, never liking things to come to an end too soon. The fun for him comes along when he is taking his time getting to know his prey, making them want him. That way, they come to him on their own accord and he barely has to lift a finger.

During his time as a snake, Kaa met Mowgli. A human boy who caused a lot of troubles for the jungle in those few short weeks. Kaa wanted to devour him more than anything, really just trusting his insane hunger and animal instincts. Sadly, he didn't get a chance to eat the boy before he was taken safely to the man village for protection. Ah, Kaa would have to find other things to preoccupy his time since he didn't get his little snack. A pity, really. Still, he enjoys his time lazily moving around the jungle, hypnotizing poor defenseless creatures and snatching them up once he's convinced them that they would just love to come a little closer.

Kaa often has a lack of respect for authority, feeling that he doesn't need to answer to anyone. Still, his dear is stronger than his rebelliousness at times and he finds himself obeying the will of his superiors, at least when he is directly under their noses. Sher Kahn is one of the few whom he would rarely disobey, more out of fear then respect. Kaa doesn't really respect others, at least he hasn't up to this point in his life.

Now, as a Wonderland citizen, Kaa is still often searching for prey but in different ways. Now he uses his powers of persuasion to convince people to do dangerous things or follow his lead. He can be incredibly persuasive still, especially when you look him in the eyes. He is particularly drawn to those who meander along the sidelines, quite like he does around the village. He enjoys watching people and picking out the weak ones, pulling out their insecurities in some cases or instilling confidence in others. It all depends on what he's feeling that day.

He generally has no end game to his actions, just a need to cause chaos and control those around him. Though, he has recently set his sites on a girl who's shyness is clearly hiding a stronger power underneath. Watch out Wonderlanders, this python has his eyes wide open... and he's hungry.
