 This was one of the best ideas James had had since arriving in Wonderland. A Bonfire next to the pool of tears, a place for the teens of Wonderland to get together and have a little fun. He had thrown up some random decorations with a little help from Xan, and gathered a bunch of wood to burn. The area of rocks he had chosen to have the get together in was wide open enough that no trees were in danger of burning down, though he'd certainly keep an eye out for it. So, it was around Twilight and the sky was just barely starting to get dark when he started the first of the fire. A small bit, for sure, but he knew that the others kids would want to toss a few logs in of their own. He sat on a rock and leaned back, waiting for people to show up. Parties weren't exactly John's thing, but tonight - for some reason - he felt like going out and doing something exciting instead of staying home and reading. So, he took James's advice and decided to go to the bon fire that he was throwing. It wouldn't be so bad. He just had to keep an open mind about things.. Which was an easy enough thing to do, lately. Something told him that before he lost his memories, he was far more stuck up than now.. so maybe this 'new' him was a little better. It was still a little difficult to let loose, but James seemed more than eager to force him in to having fun. So far, there hadn't been many people at the Pool of Tears aside from James himself, and Xan - a good friend of his that he didn't know very well. Yet.
"James," he spoke with a grin, proud of himself that he made it this far. "You've really pulled out all the stops for this haven't you?" His prim and proper accent made it difficult to believe that he was going to cut loose, but he was going to get through this! And it was going to be fun! "So, when is everyone set to show up? Or.. don't these things have a particular time?" He asked, suddenly feeling like a blooming idiot.

Teagan was worried, she was quite odd and well, it was hard for her to make friends. After all, she was more worried about protecting her sister from boyfriends, or protecting Jack from something. She never really stopped to smell the roses or just have fun with kids around her age.
So the girl got dressed in a beautiful, cute, red dress and made her way to the place where the bonfire was going to start. Arriving to the area she saw two boys, she herself walked out from the shadows and made her way up to the two. This would be the first time Teagan was dressed as a civilian or a girl, normally she was dressed as a guard of some sort, but today she wanted to just be Teagan, the sister of the doctor.
"Hiya. I'm Teagan." The girl smiled at the two. They were a bit older than her and that made her nervous, not because they were older but because she was scared her being younger would be something they would tease her about.

 Xan was wearing nothing special, just a bright colored hoodie with cat ears on the top, jeans and high top shoes. Her hood was pulled up over her head, making her look like a bright colored kitty cat. Which, obviously, wasn't a real thing! Well, maybe in Wonderland it was... anyway. She jumped down from the rock she had been climbing on, turning to James and the new kid... erh... John, was it? She punched James's arm lightly, "Hey, don't you give this guy all the credit," she said, turning to John. "That's some accent you got there. Adorable," she winked before suddenly switching moods and sighing loudly, rolling her eyes. "I'll be right back guys," she said, looking back at James, "Extra wood is back there. I've got to get Lilo and the girls out of their comfort zones and out here. I'll catch you guys later," she said before skipping off. She had helped set up, sure, but her friends needed some... encouragement before they would come to the party. She made her way to Lilos house first, planning to drag that girl to this party if she had to pull her ears off.  When John showed up, Jamesy jumped up and through his arms around him, patting his shoulders as he pulled away. "Quite! I worked very hard, as you can see," James said, gesturing to the general splendor around him. He was then punched by Xan and pretended to fall stumble before laughing and standing up straight again.Really, it wasn't that hard to come up with a bonfire party, but that didn't mean James wasn't incredibly stoked about putting this together. "People are supposed to start showing up now, but they really can come any time. It's better if they're all here to help the fire grow, though! Good thing Xan is getting those girls or their might not be any here. Beside Xan I mean- oh!" James clapped excitedly as someone else walked up to them, a younger girl her hadn't met before. He smiled as the little one walked up and smiled, "Hey, Teagan! I'm James and this is John. Glad you could make it!" James said. Then he gestured to the bonfire, "feel free to toss a log or some kindling in and roast whatever you want! We've got sticks over there and we've gathered some comfy rocks and moss for sitting on," he explained as he stepped closer to the fire, gesturing to the things as he spoke of them. As James was taking the credit of working hard, Xan leaped down to claim some of the thunder that he was stealing, as her own. He would have said something, but the little firecracker just kept on talking..and he was completely fine with that. However, when she mentioned how his accent was adorable, he started to blush. John never blushed! But here he was, turning several shades of pink, and then a deeper red. "Thank you, I think.." he had a small grin on his lips before his face suddenly turned to shock at the sudden mood shift of Xan. Well, that was quick. She was now going to leave and get some of the other girls their age in Wonderland. "Uh.. good luck!" He called out to her, but she seemed to be already bolting off.
For a long moment, he just stood there. What a devastatingly beautiful girl.. but he was pulled out of his stupor when James babbled about her bringing other girls so there were more of them. Who needed more? Xan seemed to switch from one topic to another so fast that she could have been several girls on her own. He liked that.. he thought it showed spunk, and spirit. As though it were on cue, another girl showed up. She seemed young, but sweet, nonetheless. When he was introduced, he gave a small nod before pushing the brim of his glasses up his nose. "Well met, Teagan." He picked up a small log, and held it out to her. "Go on then, toss it in! It's quite liberating from what I understand."

A bon fire sounded like a good idea to Lilo. Even if she wasn't going to socialize with new people she could sit beside the fire and enjoy the dancing of the flames. Lilo's bare feet slapped against the wooden staircase as she approached the front door of her home. She swung open the front door so Xanthippe knew she could walk right in when she arrived. "Cory?" Lilo called out as she walked through the messy living room and thrifted through the blankets and clothing to find her bag. "Where's my bag.."She mumbled under her breath as she circled around the couch and back into the dining room. The table was littered with a pile of towels in need of being folded and put away. There were also more clothes draped over chairs. Lilo thought nothing of the mess as she lifted things to look for her bag.
She let out a deep breath and a moan of frustration as she swept her eyes around the room and the living room one more time. It was then that her eyes fell upon her bag behind the front door under a jacket on the bench. Lilo dashed over to it and yanked it from under the jacket before making her way up the steps once more. "Cory, stop floundering around in there." Lilo called through the door, banging on it a few times to get her attention. "We have to get going, the sun is going down! I don't want to be late, do you?"

Peter watched from the distance as the party from a distance. He greatly wanted to join it. The main reason he wished to was because it was all those around his age. There was not an adult anywhere. Peter had a disdain for adults and their authority. This was how he had slowly gained a reputation as the village menace. He was a trouble-maker, and one who was not easy to catch.
His rep was the reason he was reluctant to join in, despite how much he wanted to. Perhaps most of the teens would accept him. Some already have, like Trini Hopper. She was a sweet girl who seemed to find the best in him, whatever that was. But all it took was one person ratting him out and he would be running again. He sighed and sat, munching on an apple he stole in the village while the seller wasn't looking.
After a few moments, he couldn't help himself any more. His need was fun took over. After all, what was he going to do? Roam around by himself and hope someone didn't catch him? Rising, he made his way over to the group, munching his apples a bit more before tossing it into the fire.
"Oh-ho, what's this?" he said. "A gathering of wild youths? And you call this a party? I've seen more excitement watching ants make a hill out of dirt." He was only joking, hoping such words would inspire everyone to turn it up a bit.

Finally, she clapped them together and looked up into the mirror. She hated her freckles and the weird way her nose turned up at the end. It was foreign, even after five months. She didn’t know who she was. “You’re Cory Flounders and you are not a…you’re not a…” It was like a personal pep talk as she pointed her finger at herself in the mirror, trying to find the words, “Guppy! You’re not a guppy!” What did that even mean? She rolled her eyes as she turned away, knowing that it had done nothing for her nerves. “Cory?”Cory felt her skin prickle with the scary anticipation that seemed to settle on her skin. She threw open the door right as Lilo was banging on it and gulped, “What if we’re the first ones there. What if I hate it? Lilo, are you sure we have to go?” She asked, knotting her hands and then looked up at her hopefully. Maybe they could just stay home. She would like that — probably much better than this bonfire, “I mean we could…” The words that fell out of Lilo’s mouth next told Cory that there was no hope. It looked like they were going to the bonfine, “Let’s just go. You wanna go right? But promise me we won’t get in any trouble—” Cory grabbed her bag from the kitchen table and threw over her shoulder, looking at Lilo with her large eyes. She wasn't afraid. There was no reason to be a afraid. They were just kids like her, right? Cory bit down on her lip.

Xan was going to come for her. She just knew it. There was a bon fire tonight and she wasn't naive to the fact that she was going to be dragged out. It wouldn't be so bad..she was actually a little excited. She would probably tell everyone that it was because she wanted to go meet the other youths in Wonderland, maybe even in hopes of finding something that reminded her of her past.. But the real reason was because James Fox was throwing the party and she was absolutely enchanted by him. She envisioned some windswept romance, but she wasn't sure that would really happen. Still though, it was nice to dream. So, she made her way to Lilo's house knowing that Xan would hit her and Cordelia up first. Sure enough, there was Xan, about to go in and grab Cory and Lilo out by their ears. "It's a good thing I came here first before going to the party like I was going to.. That would have been humiliating! A lady shouldn't show up at a party alone." She spoke with a firm nod. Not only did she really kind of mean it, she was a tad nervous to pop in there without a Xan, Lilo, or Cordelia to hide behind. Xan walked in the door as Lilo swung it open and began helping her look for her bag. Xan didn't have a bag or anything, she was just wearing her sweater, a white skirt and some tall brown boots. She was ready to go! She chuckled as Lilo called out for Cory and smiled when Cory finally showed. "No trouble? Aw, come on Cor. Live a little!" Xan happily skipped back toward the door in order to lead her friends out. "We gotta stop by Maries real fa-Ah!" Xan jumped a little as Marie was standing outside the door. "Pssh. I go to parties alone all the time!" at least, she was sure she had in the past. In fact, she was sure she spent a lot of time on her own... but that didn't meant she liked it. "I am incredibly proud that you showed up. Bravo. Let's go!" Xan skipped over to Marie, linking her arm with the blondes and leading the girls to the bonfire location. Once there, Xan released Marie and immediately ran over to the logs, tossing a big one in the fire. As much as she enjoyed having the roommates she had, even on the worse days, she wished she had room for a few more people. For instance, she would have loved to be neighbors to Xanthippe. She tried to get her mind off of the awful feeling she had in her stomach and boy did she appreciate it. That awful feeling she had in her stomach never went away and maybe that was why she got on with Cory so well. Cory was a sweet girl but she was always thinking of how things would go wrong. She too had an awful feeling in her stomach and, although they were for different things, they were still trying to tame the beasts.
"Cory, we need this." Lilo placed a hand on Cory's shoulder and tilted her head. "If we're the first ones there then we'll pick the best seats- if you hate it there then.. Then we'll come home and make forts in the living room." She removed her hand from Cory's shoulder as she headed towards the door. Marie joined Xan at the door and now Lilo was feeling more anxious to get going. Lilo looked back at Cory from the door frame, "Besides, I'll be there with you the whole time!" Lilo assured her with a confident smile. Only 'cause no one else is going to bother with me, she thought.
The bonfire was smaller than Lilo had thought it was going to be. She pictured tables and chairs, food, music and a lot of people. Lilo's confidence level was shot- this wasn't what she imagined. At least with a large crowd Lilo could blend it, pretend to listen to conversations, but this was going to pose a challenge for her. She looked over at Cory with smile, trying to carefully keep her from seeing that she was not so sure anymore. Lilo wrapped her arm around Cory's arm, "Let's just.. Find a seat, okay?"

 "Errybody just relax. The party can start, I'm here!" Koda burst into the party scene with a huge smile on his face and arms full of snacks picked up from the village and in the woods. He brought it all over to a flatish looking rock and placed it down before turning to the flames. He gave James a little thumbs up, "it's looking good thus far, James!" he complimented before skipping over to the logs, tossing a few in to really help the fire grow large. He elbowed Xan as he walked away from the fire and basically greeted everyone individually until he fell upon his house mates, Lilo and Cory. "Ladies, what's up?" He said with his usual devil-may-care flare. "Gonna toss some logs in, Lilo? You look a bit... unimpressed," he said with a raised eyebrow at the girl. Her kept an eye out for his other friends; Ariel, Violet, Olaf and Elionwy. But they hadn't arrived just yet, it seemed. EH, the girls were probably taking their time getting ready and forcing Vi into something pretty. Either way, he would keep his eye out for those clowns! |

 It was situations like these that Violet wished she could completely avoid. However, having friends that were outgoing and fun seekers would not allow her to do so. There was a bonfire taking place for the teens of Wonderland, and naturally she was invited. At first, she wasn't going to attend. Social situations made her awkward and large groups like the one she was going to, slightly terrified her. But, her friends convinced her to go and even made the decision to dress her up. The night was going to be interesting. Arriving there, her eyes glanced about nervously. Why were they making her do this? They knew she hated large crowds. 'You have to put yourself out there Vi.' They told her. She already had friends though. Why did she need more when she was comfortable with the ones she had? Nope. She couldn't do it. She couldn't stay there, which was why she turned to leave. And leave, she was going to do, but she didn't. Her eyes landed on a familiar face, a boy she had grown comfortable with and considered one of her best friends. They were polar opposites, but she enjoyed his company every time she was around him. Instinctively, her feet carried her quickly to where he stood, placing herself beside him when she arrived. "Hello Koda." She nervously smiled up at him, her voice coming out in soft tone only he would hear. @koda & @eilonwy & ARIEL NERINE MORGAN & @olaf & anyone else xD |

are you a lord, or a warrior? Elle wasn’t much of a party-goer; she was more of the kind that was outgoing but not at parties. Of course when her friends told her about the party for teenagers, Elle was ready to jump at the idea, but it was only a little while ago that the girl had left her teenager years to enter the big two-o. Thus meaning that she was no longer a teenager, but that didn’t stop her friends from telling her to crash the thing. Ariel, Koda and Olaf were usually the ones that loved to party, they were so out there and filled the entertainment, but as Elle was ready to decline the offer of still going, she had turned to Violet, she knew the girl wasn’t that out going, usually the one that tried to deny the invitation, so she reluctantly agreed to crash this teenage party. Well she was still a teenager at heart, so that had to count for something, right?
Her feet crunched against fallen leaves and twigs as she made her way to where the bonfire was to be held and not too far in the distance was the rise of smoke and flames. With quick feet she moved faster towards her destination and it didn’t take long before she saw a group of teenagers lingering around the fire, laughing, talking. Quickly her eyes scanned for at least one of her friends, and that was when she noticed Koda and Violet, a small smile broke out on her face, she would leave those two to talk and then she would go over to them. She walked around the bonfire before she stood before the flame. She had always liked the light, was entranced by it, the swaying of it.
