It was a long time since he had seen Anna and well he couldn't stay away any longer. He just had to see her again. He just couldn't get her out of his mind. Most people told him it was love, that he had feelings for her but he just kept telling himself that she was just his friend and he was hers. He did know that perhaps he did have feelings for her but he didn't believe in love at first site, and he knew you couldn't date someone you just met, so he made it a habit of trying to be friends with Anna until perhaps one day he could by chance ask her out for dinner.
Walking up towards the shop he stopped, what if she was busy? What if she didn't feel the same way. He started to turn around but he took a deep breath and walked past the window, he didn't actually look in, because he would have noticed that it was dark and not open but he kept towards the door.
