Poor, Unfortunate Souls (Malia)

This was it. The moment they had been waiting for. Casting the curse, the four of them had been together, watching the darkness take it's tole on the lands; hearing the screams of those who could not possibly understand what was taking place. All the while, an approving smirk and haughty laugh escaped from the features of Maleficent. Soon, they would have their way and evil would reign over those who had made fools of them; those who had wronged them and those who had only been problems throughout their lives. It had been four of them: The Evil Queen, Ursula, Cruella and herself. They would all find themselves in Wonderland with their memories in tact, while the others appeared with no idea who they were or the abilities they once held. But they would have their magic, and it would make them unstoppable. 

That was, until they arrived outside of that glorious Palace of Hearts. Maleficent found herself standing there like the plan called for. However, there was one thing wrong. It was just herself and The Evil Queen. Where were the other two? She listened, observing their surroundings as The Evil Queen spoke. "Clearly they were too foolish to get it right. We can do without them." She spoke softly, almost eerie to where it could chill a person to the bone. "Yes, this went wrong dear friend, but we still have the upper hand over our foes. Let us not forget that." She cooed, trying to calm her ally. Maleficent, soon to be Malia, was not happy with the outcome of losing the other two, but she was not going to cry over the loss either. They were both strong and powerful women. They had gotten this far, and she still held belief that nothing could take them down now that they had succeeded in their curse; even with a minor set back.

YAY HERE WE GO

In all honesty, Maleficent felt as though she was happy with the outcome. The more people you had to deal with, the more chance of having issues, and she did not want to deal with anyone. It was bad enough it became necessary to unite with the three of them. If she could have done this on her own, she would have. Now that the curse was completed, she would have no bitterness if her... 'friend' were to disappear. But it seemed that would not happen, and for now, she had to play nice with the woman beside her.

"I agree. They always seemed like such greedy people. No doubt they would walk all over us for more than what was planned." She replied, brushing a few strands of hair out of her face. It was probably a weird thing to worry about at the moment, but she was curious as to what she looked like. With the curse changing them into humans, she could only imagine. Maybe it wasn't too horrible though, seeing as Evelyn seemed to turn out fine. 

Her eyebrows furrowed as her eyes narrowed slightly. "You aren't... doubting my loyalty are you? Because I have no time for that." She told her bluntly, no care in the world about whether or not she would strike a nerve with the other woman. They might have helped each other, but it was still every one for themselves. It had always been that way. 

"It should be, yes." Mal agreed, a smirk upon her lips. The Red Queen was evil, yes, but she was nothing compared to them. Taking in a sharp breath, she held in her anger over the suggestion that she should be the one to take place as queen. "Are we forgetting who is most powerful, dear? After all, what can you do, but change your appearance into some old hag?" She asked in return, her eyes never leaving the woman as she taunted her.

A smirk crossed her lips as the woman beside her spoke. Power and revenge were definitely the priorities of what she fought for. Though, deep down it had always been revenge that triumphed power. Revenge over the man that broke her heart. Revenge on the pretty little princess spawned from that man, that would only have a better life than her. It was not the girl's fault. It was all her father's doing, but Maleficent couldn't stop, once she began. Whatever it took to make King Stephan's life miserable. And now, she no longer had to worry because they didn't even remember each other. What better revenge was there than that?

"Good to know." Maleficent put it simply, her eyes still narrowed in, as she knew her ally would say what she wanted to hear. Mal would have done the same. "I agree, once again. Manipulating her should be easy, if she's even still there. You never know where the creatures of Wonderland ended up after the curse. Maybe they were moved around." Thinking of it brought another grin to her features. How lovely it would be to not have to worry about removing the Red Queen, but just taking the throne upon entering the castle. 

Maleficent sneered at her comment, but held her tongue, allowing herself to calm down. There was much she could say to the woman, but she decided it was best not to, for now. "Fine." She answered. "I will go along with that, and being sisters is a nice touch. However, maybe my title should only be adviser. After all, they don't need to know of our powers. It might make them suspicious. Don't you agree?" She paused for a moment after, thinking about what she had just proposed. "A last name? Let me think." There were so many last names they could go with, but the first to pop in her head seemed perfect to her. "How about Oleander? It seems quite fitting, as it is one of the most poisonous plants out there."
